WWE Action Figure- a must-have item for all fans by Jiajia
The growth and development of toy-figure producing industries has seen the emergence of different brands and varieties. From a simple play-boy toy, stuffed animals, toy cars and now a well articulated just mention but a few, anyone can acknowledge the landmark achievements in the industry. A is a figurine based on a wrestling superstar or any other player. It is designed to resemble most or some traits associated with a given superstar for instance John Cena or Shawn Michaels. It's made to resemble a real life counterpart as accurate as possible. This has been made possible by advancement in technology which has seen production of a figure toy with about 26 points of articulation and has packaged support accessories such as armbands, t-shirts and masks.
The first was produced back in 1984. This had been as a result of a steady and a gradual rise in popularity of the wrestling industry. The industry was becoming a darling to many especially through the live shows and television programs. This is when entered into a contract with a certain company that would be mandated to produce wrestling toys and figures of superstars and other participants. Since then, the industry has witnessed a tremendous growth and evolution from simple toys for displayable purposes only to the modern day well articulated. This has been attributed to the advance in technology which is playing a significant role in mass production, sophistication as well as custom made figures that have become household items in recent times.
The early day's was made of solid rubber and to some extent was accurate in appearance to its real life representation but did not have any form of articulation. Later on, the action figures were manufactured from plastic and had some articulation though not to a desired level. This variety had some features such as punches and clothe-lines due spring-loaded actions. However, the modern day technology has seen a tremendous development in action figures leading to production of very sophisticated and complex toy figures programmed and powered to simulate the actions of the real life wrestling players. They are accurate in representation both in physical appearance, facial expressions and even voices of the players through advanced integration of technology and programming.
There are various lines of production. Some are targeted for kids and these mostly feature superstars-specific actions and reactions such as drop-kicks, clothes line or celebratory styles one does after winning. Some are available in single packs or two-packs. The producing companies also released a series of figures that are incredibly customized with entrance gears and details worn by certain superstars at specific, Smackdown or Raw.
An adult line of production is also available for adult lovers. One can walk into a shopping mall and get a Action Figure of his/her choice thanks to popularity of this form of entertainment among the adults. This enables such supporters of the real life-wrestling superstars to have them closer to them especially at the comfort of their homes or other places of interest by just purchasing a Action Figure of one's choice n positioning them where they want. This may make the whole entertainment have an added feel of appreciation.

Hammer Tyme by Massimo Martinini
INTRO
Welcome to another edition of HAMMERTYME, as always I am Jammin George. There is a lot that I want to cover as I said last week. Our feature match is another Wrestle Mania 3 Classic Macho Man Randy Savage vs. Ricky ?the Dragon? Steamboat. Also as an interesting tie-in to my topic of death, Miss Elizabeth the ex wife of Randy?s had died early at the age of 42. A young loss also sad to note it was drug related. I have some info on her included as well. Young death and drug use why is this real life tragedy continuing? Is it the result of gimmicks gone badly?
I also will touch on the man from Death Valley. I think given my monologue on him and his career. While not responsible for these or any of the actual deaths, His persona is death and his undefeated streak survives. In any event we will get on with this installment of HAMMER TYME.
SPELLING!!! No not 90210 Tori Spelling either. I did notice the error after it was posted. N.W.O not N.O.W unfortunately spell check doesn?t catch things like that. While the ?thyme? was a gimmick the N.O.W was a mistake. I apologize for that. The other comment that I interesting was the old column was more liked. I hope that this will in time be a favorite however it is too early I think to make a judgment. I will keep that request in mind for the future. Also as per my balance efforts it is very rewarding and I appreciate all the positive feedback and am pleased to be growing a fan base that looks forward to my writing. I can not stress enough that this is for you and your enjoyment. With over 200 hit?s a week it must be good. But I do realize it can always be better.
SOAPBOX
I know I do a monologue but some times in the old school we would say getting on a box and preach or talk to the crowd. Weeks ago I did this to address steroids. This time I bring it to taking things too far. I understand Stephanie get compensated for her TV time, but did Randy and that matter the creative/Storyline writers have to let Randy inflict injury. I mean come on we are taught at a young age boys don?t hit girls. There is no exception taught to us. Who cares if he proclaims to be ?Mentally Challenged? back in the old school the referee would be fired, he would be barred for life and the locker room would have cleared to the Ring to remove that loser. Now I am all for Diva?s and their contribution to wrestling. Inter gender has always peaked my attention. Never did it but would keep it open as entertainment, certain moves I believe could be done but if you any respecting male the whole hitting a woman makes this a tough sell. Now Randy used a RKO style attack so it can argued he never ?hit? her. Proving my point but was clearly necessary. Would have made more sense to cuff her to the rope and let her watch Triple H be humiliated or near crippled unless she gave the word or did some act. Injuring her only shows the lack of respect and need for him to be ordered into treatment and give Triple H a match against former DX Shawn Michaels and that would be a fight to watch. It would be easy given Shawn?s jealousy gimmick for him to get upset with Triple H stealing the spot light giving him Sweet-chin Music and setting the stage for a feud that would carry into a pay per view. It is also interesting to note that Randy Orton was a legend killer or used the gimmick. It failed with his match against Hulk Hogan. Yet Shawn takes it, ends Ric Flair?s career, ends Vladimir Koslov?s undefeated streak and now is set to end Undertakers 16 and 0 streak at Wrestle Mania. Sometimes it takes the right guy to sell a gimmick. Showing that anyone can use a gimmick and make it there own with out copying what has been done. Its like playing a character in a movie you make it yours and add to it.
INTERVIEW
The Undertaker, although not responsible, but when you think of death you got to think of him. He began as Texas Red and later as ?Mean Mark? Callous. His debut was in 1984 and in 1989 joined World Championship Wrestling (WCW). What I also found interesting was in his early career he used several gimmicks. As I said some try several things before settling on one and sticking with it. His first match was against Bruiser Brody which he lost. It is reported that in 1989 he was booked to win his first professional wrestling title. Not bad 5 yrs most spend a career and never see a championship match let alone a title. Like the AWA with Hulk Hogan, WCW made a similar mistake and let Mark go in 1990 had he stayed look at how he has turned out. He could have been WCW savior like Hulk saved WWF. It would have been interesting to have seen Vince with legitimate competition. In my continued effort to teach how to do gimmicks here is how they created the UNDERTAKER?.
The first persona debuted on Nov 19, 1990 and was modeled after a mortician from the old western movies; He also was impervious to pain. He also drew his mystic power from the urn that Paul Bearer carried. It would revive his strength when he called on it. On that year Survivor Series his finisher the Tombstone Piledriver made its debut.
FEATURE MATCH
This was perhaps my most favorite match with the exception of the main event. I feel had it not been overshadowed by the gimmick of the bell attack it would have been an outstanding match. What a gimmick that went too far??? Gee see how some gimmicks are just taken too far. Even in old school it was a problem. The high point of the match was the repeated near falls that both scored. It was so back and forth it kept you on the edge of your seat. Both demonstrated a great amount of stamina and guts. In the end Ricky Steamboat won the intercontinental Championship and Macho Man would go on to become World Champion the next year. With a little help and guidance from his partner Hulk Hogan.
Here is little back history on the Macho Man Randy Savage. He began wrestling in 1973 and his manager Elizabeth was actually his real life wife. At least until they divorced on Sept 18, 1992. In 1994 he promised Vince he would renew his contract and not sign with WCW. The WWF was going to feature him in their magazine and on the cover. It went to press and he left. The reason is suspect that when Randy left for WCW he took sponsor Slim Jim with him, he was their spokes person. This enraged Vince as due to his steroid scandal he lost a lot of money when Macho Man split.
Money has been an issue to Randy. He refused his likeness be used for action figures relating to his appearance in the movie Spider-Man unless ?You back a Brinks truck up to my door.? So I am sure if WCW offered money he bolted. An interesting internet rumor has stated Randy had an affair with Stephanie when she was a minor. I am including that because it would explain why Vince has banned him for life. Even Bret Hart and Hulk Hogan who have left Vince on questionable terms where allowed to return so if that event is true that would explain the result. Vince or Randy neither are willing to talk about it nor is WWF/WWE.
Ricky Steamboat on the other hand left for WCW returned to work behind the curtain for WWE and is now being inducted into the Hall of Fame and making appearances on TV and maybe in Wrestle Mania 25.
CLOSING
It?s sad to note Miss Elizabeth died at the age of 42. She reportedly died of a drug overdose mixing xanax, hydroquinone and vodka. Her boyfriend at the time wrestler Lex Luger was charged with 14 counts and of those 13 counts was felonies and he was guilty on all those 13 charges and paid $1,000 fine and 5 yrs probation. WOW lets talk about star power!! Very few could get off that easy. He was not charged but was a suspect and rumors ran wild. How about for running wild next week here on HAMMER TYME the immortal Hulk Hogan. I doubt we will see him at WM 25 due to his recent back surgery. I covered his match last week at WM 3. I want to look at his out of ring and his legal treatment. Has he got Hulkamanic?s for a legal team? Tune in next time for HAMMERTYME.

Mikasa Italian Countryside has been one of most popular patterns among Mikasa Italian Dinnerware series. Mikasa tableware is a well known in providing the dining room items. There are large collections of products at various price tag that suit consumer budget.
Mix with nice texture and a solid white finish to generate an enduring classic of Italian Countryside dinnerware. It is simple enough for daily use but with their elegant appearance it also goes well with casual occasion. The price is quite affordable and the high quality and elegant design of Mikasa products is well worth what you pay for them.
Mikasa Italian Countryside has been one of most popular patterns among Mikasa Dinnerware series for a long time and now it is available in a full set at a great price. The white ironstone body has a soft filigree boarder, and dresses up or down for any entertaining situation. Mix with nice texture and a solid white finish to generate an enduring classic of dinnerware. Constructed with hard-wearing ironstone dinnerware is good enough for daily use, the dinnerware also displays enough elegance to serve dinner for a more formal occasion.
Well ribbing accentuates the plate borders, at the sides of the sugar bowl, creamer, and tea cup, while a scrolling, bas-relief garland decoratively bands rims and edges. Glossy and handsome, this set can be a perfect gift for newly wedding couple, especially in this all-inclusive 45-piece set.
Decent set of dishes that did not chip or burn our hands from microwave usage. The new casual china pattern in solid white, Italian Countryside It is well made classic and beautiful dinnerware. This dinnerware features a good weight, not too heavy nor light and not flimsy too. The pattern can be dressed up for special occasions yet is perfect for everyday usage. It is good quality and as always of Mikasa product line.
This complete set consists of 8 place settings of dinnerware set comes with 5 serving accessories. Where each place setting consists of, 11-1/8-inch dinner plate, 8-5/8-inch salad plate, rimmed 9-3/8-inch soup plate, 8-ounce teacup, and 6-1/2-inch saucer. The serving accessories consist of: 12-inch round platter, round vegetable serving bowl, sugar bowl and lid, creamer, which make up 45 pieces in total.
In particular the coffee cups are seems too formal and too small for use at the kitchen breakfast counter but should be nicely use on a dinner table. The dinner plates seem quite large, however the salad plates suite well for breakfast or lunch. The soup bowls are just fine and can double as small serving bowls. Since the cereal or fruit bowls is not included you may has to buy it separately to complete the set.
The set is conveniently safe for the microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and oven warming at low temperatures. However like other fine dinnerware, sudden temperature changes should be avoided since it may cause crack or breakage.
However this set is not really recommended for those with small children, it can easily chips and breaks in little hands. Well it is too expensive to replace immediately.
So for those who are looking for new dinnerware set that can be used for daily dining set and also as a fine dining set, the Mikasa Italian Countryside is the right choice. It is simple enough for daily use but with their elegant appearance it also goes well with casual occasion. In term of pricing it is quite reasonable, high in quality with elegant design of Mikasa products, this dinnerware is well worth for money.

Wrestling: Hype, Hoopla and Heat by Daniel Spivey
Most sports that are played today are popular only in certain regions. Be it basketball, baseball, football, rugby, hockey or cricket. But the only sport that is played in every country is wrestling. Wrestling originated as an ancient sport, unlike the other modern sports today. It has been an Olympic sport for a long time. It is also an integral part of most ancient cultures, the world over. It is said to have originated in Egypt, several thousands of years ago. But it is a common misconception that wrestling is WWE. We'll look at that later. The pure form of wrestling is slowly but surely dying out. Before moving on to pro-wrestling, take a look at the original and unique forms of wrestling.
A very popular form of wrestling is Sumo wrestling. Everybody thinks that sumo wrestling just involves two very obese people engaged in 1-1 combat. But sumo wrestling is far more than that. There are several complex moves involved and these take quite an amount of time to master. The major Sumo matches are held in Tokyo and tickets are not easy to come by.
Though there might be many other forms of wrestling, the most popular is the WWE pro-wrestling league. The WWE is an extremely commercialized version of wrestling. It is a high stakes contest involving several players. Tickets can go up to Hundreds of Dollars for the main clashes. There are several leagues like the Smackdown, RAW and Heat. There are WWE t-shirts, mugs, caps, video games, cards and what not. I would say the WWE is a money making stint, the most popular being the WWE RAW.
The WWE airing format is a constantly evolving one. Earlier, it used to be aired continuously for long hours. But now, it is split into different 2 hour sessions, which has proved to be far more entertaining to fans. But what sells tickets nowadays, are the babes, rumors and the hype that surrounds WWE. WWE divas are a worldwide hit today. WWE diva fights, features many sexy women, who compete in wrestling, and this has proved to be a big hit among fans. It capitalizes on the eye-candy factor. There are all sorts of matches from tag-team to lingerie clashes. WWE has also invaded Hollywood. TV interviews, behind-the-scenes shows, reality shows featuring WWE superstars are a common sight today. Be it the Hulk Hogan show on VH1, or John Cena's chartbusting Music, the Hollywood side of wrestling is growing popular very fast. Many stars have also had acting stints, the latest one being the Rock's Gridiron Gang.
Wrestling is an international hit. People pay lots of money to watch others fight. It is but human nature to enjoy the sight of 1-1 combat and WWE has taken this to a whole new level: the global stage. So if your wallet is packed, and your day is empty, head to the nearest arena for the one, the only: WWE pro-wrestling!

Advice On Having A Well-Trained And Well-Behaved Canine by Davey Martin
At some point in most of our lives we have owned a dog, and boy is it a rewarding experience. Nothing says love like getting pounced on the second you walk into the door. It is however, a job that must be taken seriously when thinking about dog training, and hopefully this article can help.
By taking your dog out on active walks that are physically exerting, your dog will be to tired to dig holes that tear up your back yard when you get home.
In many cases, a dog's diet can be contributing to the behavior and health problems that he is having. BE sure that you are feeding your dog a balanced diet and he is going to thank you by adapting his behavior to be accepted, more important than that, he will be healthier for many more years.
Physical punishment does not work, and can hinder training. Never ever hit your dog, especially when training. While it may appear to work because the dog stops the behavior, in reality they have only learned to fear you and not do that behavior in your presence. So toss out that rolled up newspaper and break out some tasty treats instead.
Learn to understand what your dog is saying through facial expression. Many people fail to see that a dog says even though his he communicates non-verbally with his face, just as we do. When you are training your dog, take some time to see how he responds to commands, rewards and your behavior. Watching his facial expressions will be useful as training progresses and give you a better understanding of your dog.
Don't ever ignore good behavior from your dog. If they do something good, even if you didn't ask them to do it, make sure that you reward them for it in some way. If you start to ignore them when they have done something desirable, then they will see no reason to keep doing it.
Is your dog eating a nutritionally-sound diet? Like children, dogs can become hyperactive, inattentive and even a little bit bratty when their diet isn't up to par. Consider changing your dog's diet to something more species-appropriate, and he'll have long-lasting, consistent energy all day. Check with your vet about any specific nutritional needs he might need attending to!
Food and treats can be your ally in training your dog to seek out his crate. Allow your dog to find strategically placed bits of food and a few treats every once in awhile when he returns to his crate. He will make it a habit of checking the crate out more regularly just in case something else has miraculously appeared there.
Beyond the laughter and the incredible love and devotion a dog is still an animal, and in some hybrid cases, a wild animal! It must be treated with care and devotion, and trained properly, lest it reverts more to its animalistic nature. This article hopefully took you from dog novice, to dog expert.

The Nokia 6300 weighs 91g and measures 106 x 44 x 11.7mm ? one of the thinnest phones available from Nokia. The latest Series 60 user interface is easy to use and allows additional software to be installed.
With the built-in 2 megapixel camera you'll always be ready to capture an unexpected moment. Picture quality is above average when compared to other cameraphones in this class. The Nokia 6300 also has a good MP3 player and an FM radio, ideal for when you want to listen to your favourite tunes, a radio show or catch a live sports event while on the move.
The Nokia 6300 supports microSD cards for additional memory and it has Bluetooth, a web browser and basic email client. In summary, this is a brilliant mobile phone that is easy to use, functional and adaptable.
Nokia 6500 Classic
The Nokia 6500 Classic is just 9.5mm thick and weighs 95g, which is relatively light for a 3G phone. Similar in size to the more advanced Nokia 6120 classic smartphone, the 6500 classic is the more attractive of the two. It?s rounded edges, chrome trim and clean lines pitch it as a 3G fashion phone. It has a 2 megapixel camera, a built-in MP3 player and a generous 1GB of internal memory.
This is a great-looking phone and it?s very easy to use. If you?re looking for something more advanced then you might like to consider the Nokia 6120 classic smartphone, which adds video calling and some other smartphone features. But if you want something less complicated that looks great and still has the benefit of 3G downloads then this could be the phone for you.

WWE Extreme Rules Live - ( WWE Extreme Rules 2010) Live Stream by Craig B.
http://livestreams1.WebStarts.com
WWE Extreme Rules Live | ( WWE Extreme Rules 2010) Live Stream
The WWE Extreme Rules card is shaping up to be a fine one with a lot of scores still to be settled from Wrestlemania 26. Here are some predictions of what to expect from the card.
WWE Champion John Cena vs. Batista • Last Man Standing Match
A last man standing match is typically assigned to a feud or long running rivalry as the punctuation mark, namely the end of the feud. If that were to be the case then it is unlikely that WWE management would alter the title back onto Batista. However if Cena wins again then he will have dominated Batista in the ring this time around and surely that will harm Batista• s long term credentials as a main event heel?
Therefore there is a opening that this may not be the end of the feud and it could well rumble into the summer. If that occurs expect Batista to go over here in a brutal match of endurance and once again become the WWE Champion.
Prediction: Batista to regain the WWE Title.
World Champion Jack Swagger vs. • The Viper• Randy Orton • Extreme Rules Match
It would seem a remarkable decision for the WWE to have Swagger as a brief transitional champion after investing time in the Money in the Bank concept. However Orton is ashazardouss and experienced as they come and letting him loose in an Extreme Rules match where anything goes could result in the • All American• having a very short title reign indeed.
Expect Orton to dominate large parts of the match but somehow, for now, Swagger to retain his title.
Prediction: By any means necessary Swagger will retain the World Title somehow.
Triple H vs. Sheamus • Street Fight
This will be an all out war. The decision is crucial for Sheamus as two high profile defeats to • The Game• will see him stuck in mid carder mediocrity for a long time. However a defeat at this moment in time would be equally effecting for Triple H who surely has to be gearing up for another main event run after a lengthy absence from the main event spotlight by his standards.

A New Take On Wrestling With WWF All Stars Wii by Frank Hampton
THQ arrives using its latest wrestling game: WWF All Stars. This really is no normal wrestling game. It includes features that will even draw those who have never been interested in the Wrestling World.
All Stars is really a mixed concept game where game designers have incorporated famous wrestling celebrities from the WWF World and also the classic wrestling stories in the now defunct WWF world. One of the WWF wrestlers would be the fan faves, John Cena, Triple H, Randy Orton, the Undertaker and Rey Mysterio. The WWF wrestlers range from the legendary Bret Hart, Hulk Hogan and also the Ultimate warrior. The overall game includes both famous bloggers featured in each and every wrestling match, Jerry "the king" Lawler and Jim Ross.
The overall game differs in the annual number of Smackdown Versus. Raw. As the normal wrestling game involves making the whole gaming experience just as real as you possibly can especially while carrying out special moves, finishing moves, and straightforward grappling moves. Farmville however to be able to reflect the idea of WWF celebrities and WWF stories competing together do too much many facets of the games. The facial expressions from the figures are highly exaggerated and also to a particular point they've been designed to resemble cartoonish figures. Additionally, it embellishes the finishing moves from the player. For instance, when Triple H works his pedigree on his opponent, shockwaves is going to be distributed in the entire arena. When Bret Hart is going to perform the sharp shooter, the overall game targets his smile and shows him pointing for the sky. Such touches should show the ball player the legendary heritage from the player in the Wrestling Entertainment business. Gamers may also be personalized, and given new attires for his or her entrance.
Apart from having a simple fake mode, the overall game also includes a championship mode, in which the player may take his favorite wrestler to champion ship glory. The titles which are featured in the game would be the World Championship, the planet Heavyweight Championship and also the World Tag Team Championship.
Overall the overall game is excellent. The modifications towards the entire game to really make it more exciting when it comes to its character looks and wrestling moves haven't transformed the essential objective the overall game, which would be to wrestle. The Wii Version also has a better gaming experience because of its controls using the Wii Remote and also the Wii Motion Plus. The overall game isn't challenging hence permitting more youthful fans to savor farmville without getting frustrated. Also the strong and detailed graphics, the overall game faces the issue (and this is actually the situation in many WWF games) of the reduced action. The execution of the special or finishing move isn't spontaneous and takes considerable time to complete. Matches in the game frequently cause glitches in the screen, which could frequently be considered a huge frustration. Within the overall game, sounds and commentary is not so impressive. Frequently sounds don't synchronize using the special moves (and therefore the impact isn't seen nor heard) and commentary throughout the match is disappointing, because the bloggers neglect to say anything impactful throughout a unique move. However despite each one of these minor particulars the overall game is unquestionably recommended and won't dissatisfy everybody.
